UK Click and Collect >

  • Collect your order from your local Craftoutlet store.
  • Click & Collect is free for orders over £10.*
  • Click and Collect orders must be £10 or above.
  • All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse and shipped to your chosen store.
  • All orders placed before 4pm will be delivered and ready to collect after 2 working days.
  • You will receive an email from the store when your order is ready for collection.
  • Please note our working days are Monday – Friday.
  • Certain lines are excluded from Click & Collect.

Standard UK Delivery >

  • Free for orders over £20.
  • There is a £4.50 delivery charge for orders below £20.
  • Order before 3pm and your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not counted as working days.
  • Our couriers will require a signature on delivery.
  • *Standard Delivery is not available when your order contains a large item

Next Day UK Delivery >

  • Next day delivery costs £6.50.
  • Order before 3pm and your order will be delivered the next working day. This does not include Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Our couriers will require a signature on delivery.

International Delivery >

Global-e

We partnered with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and ship your Craftoutlet products to over 100 destinations worldwide! When you buy your Craftoutlet products from Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e//Craftoutlet**, and the purchase is subject to Global-e’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (which can be clearly presented in checkout before you place the order). When you add one of the mentioned items into your basket there will be a note on the basket page to inform you which of the items in your basket is resulting in this increased cost of delivery.

Returns Information

Cancelling an order >

  • In most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to an order.
  • To add product to your order, please place a new order for these items.
  • To change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel it completely; please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

FREE UK Returns >

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order by post for free or to one of our stores for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please take reasonable care of the items and do not use them. Send them back in the original packaging where possible.

Follow these three easy steps to return your order by post:

  • Fill out the return slip in your parcel.
  • Affix the postage label provided or download a new one here >.
  • Get a certificate of postage from the post office.

If your item is over 600mm or over 60kg, please contact our Customer Services team on 01775 722249 and we’ll arrange for your item(s) to be collected.
Once returned, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within ten working days

Return Restrictions >

Some goods cannot be returned by post because of legal restrictions:

  • DVDs if you’ve broken the seal on the wrapping.
  • Perishable and other items that deteriorate fast.

Refunds >

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after we have received your return.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • All online orders paid for via Paypal cannot be refunded in store.

International Returns and Refunds >

Changed your mind?Once your order is placed, you have 30 days to return any unused or unopened items. (Unfortunately we cannot accept returns if the original packaging has been opened).

International orders should be returned to our partner, Global-e, and should include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

How do I return items?If there is something you would like to return, please visit our returns portal or contact customer services at [email protected].

You’ll be sent a confirmation email from our partner, Global-e, which will contain a link to download your returns label and returns note. Print the returns label, attach it to the top of your parcel and insert the returns note in the parcel. Without this form, we might not be able to refund your full amount.

(The returns label and returns note is valid for one parcel only. We will not be able to accept any additional parcels).

How much will my refund be?Refunds on international items will include the amount paid for product, plus duties, taxes and fees (if prepaid).

Any refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order (i.e. card, PayPal account).

Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs at this time.

How longwill my refund take?Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your parcel being received in our partner, Global-e’s, UK hub.

Returning faulty or incorrect items?We always endeavour to ensure your parcel reaches you in perfect condition. If you do have any problems, please contact customer services at [email protected]. (We will not charge shipping costs for the return of faulty or damaged items).

Downloadable Products >

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if there is an error in the downloadable product, you can contact our customer service team for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation email, as per our returns policy. Please note that the product will no longer be available from your ‘My Downloads’ if you signed in to a registered account when purchasing the downloadable product.
